Northwest Indiana Veteran-Community Network

Thank you for your interest in the Veterans Against Diabetes Northwest Indiana Veteran-Community Network. This form is not a fundraising request. We are building a registry of residents, community organizers, veteran organizations, businesses, nonprofits, and other community partners to identify available resources, capabilities, and potential collaborators in advance — so our network is ready to act when the framework moves forward.
